Andy Warhol asked Lou Reed of the Velvet Underground to write a song about Edie Sedgwick, the definitive Femme Fatale. Called by Vogue, the "It Girl" of the time. The song talks about her sexual provocativeness, which has developed into a cultural term to describe women of good aesthetic, but not only this, but they're just "a little tease". And they are also loose in their sexual activity. "You're number 37," describing her "book" as a log of sex partners. Nico, who is singing the song, would be put into the "Femme Fatale" category, for she was also a model and, like Sedgwick, was in many of Andy Warhol's short films and projects.
